we promise to refund all the equipment payment and provide 10% of the equipment payment as compensation (If you come to our factory to inspect the machine and find that the quality does not meet your requirements).

3. Response Not In Time

We promise to reply within 1 hour, and our sales engineer is online 7×24 hours.

4. Delivery Date Is Postponed

We promise to compensate 100 USD for each day of overtime if the machines are not delivered on time.

5. No Machine Debugging Before Shipment

We promise that we run with material for more than 30 minutes before each machine is shipped, and if the customer has the time requirement to test the machine, we will follow the customer’s requirement.

6. Machine Damage During Transport

We promise to send the damaged parts to customers for free.

7. Machine Installation Service Is Not Available

We promise that after the customer receives the equipment, the preparation work is ready and our workers will arrive at the site within 1 week to provide installation service. If the customer does not need us to install it, we will provide installation documentation and video guidance.

8. Machine Output Cannot Reach Promised

We promise to compensate the customer with a refund based on the difference in output (If the equipment does not reach our promised output), actual output <5%, USD2000 as compensation, actual output <10%, USD5000, actual output <20%, USD10000.

9. No After-sales Guarantee

We promise to be a 100-year company, and you will always find us as long as the earth is here. We provide $500 free parts every year and free replacement for damaged parts within the warranty period.
