Long glass fiber reinforced thermoplastic composites (LFT-G) are composed of long glass fibers and thermoplastic resins. LFT-G has the characteristics of high strength and high rigidity. The fibers bear most of the load, which can give the composites high modulus, high strength, high toughness and other properties. It has good dimensional stability, can achieve low warpage, maintain good shape accuracy, and has small dimensional changes under different environmental conditions. It can maintain stable performance in a wide temperature range and has certain high and low temperature resistance. After being discarded, it can be remade into raw materials by crushing and other methods for the manufacture of new parts, which meets environmental protection requirements.
Our long glass fiber reinforced thermoplastic composite (LFT-G) production line adopts a direct production process, with a short production process and a high fiber length retention rate. It can directly convert continuous fibers into pellets, with high production efficiency. The production line uses a special fiber feeding device and a strong mixing screw.
The normal production line speed is 60 meters per minute with a PP+50% GF production capacity of 750kg/h per hour and a yield rate of 99%.
